These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in programs offered by Policy/Strategy Academy (“PSA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through the website policystrategy.academy. By registering for a program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Admission
- PSA programs are designed for senior professionals in policy, governance, and related fields.
- Admission is subject to application review and PSA’s sole discretion.
- PSA reserves the right to decline or withdraw admission at any time if eligibility criteria are not met.
2. Program Fees & Payment
- All program fees must be paid in full (or by approved payment plan) prior to program commencement.
- Institutional invoicing and sponsorships must be confirmed in writing.
- Fees are non-transferable between programs unless otherwise approved by PSA.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Participant cancellations and refunds are governed by PSA’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- PSA reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a program. In such cases, participants may receive a refund or transfer to a future course.
4. Program Changes
- PSA may make adjustments to faculty, schedule, delivery format (in-person, online, hybrid), or curriculum where necessary to maintain program quality.
5. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and in alignment with PSA’s values.
- PSA reserves the right to remove participants who engage in misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violations of these Terms, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- All program materials (presentations, recordings, documents, etc.) are the intellectual property of PSA or its faculty/partners.
- Participants may use materials for personal and professional learning only and may not copy, distribute, or commercialize them without prior written consent.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- PSA programs are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
- PSA is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation.
- Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance (where applicable).
8. Data Protection
- Personal information is handled in accordance with PSA’s Privacy Policy.
- By registering, you consent to PSA’s use of your data for program administration, communications, and evaluation purposes.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Applicable Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
