Policy/Strategy Academy (“PSA”) is committed to providing high-quality executive programs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply to program registrations, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Registration & Payment

  • Program fees must be paid in full (or by an approved payment plan) before the start of the program to confirm participation.
  • Institutional sponsorships or invoicing arrangements must be confirmed in writing prior to program commencement.

2. Cancellations by Participants

  • 30+ days before program start: Full refund, minus a processing fee of [X% or fixed amount].
  • 15–29 days before program start: 50% refund of program fees.
  • 0–14 days before program start: No refund.

Substitutions may be accepted at PSA’s discretion, allowing an alternate participant from the same institution to attend in place of the original registrant.

3. Cancellations by PSA

PSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., faculty unavailability, insufficient enrollment, force majeure).

In such cases, participants may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Transfer registration to a future program of equal value.

4. Program Changes

PSA reserves the right to make necessary changes to program content, faculty, format (in-person, online, hybrid), or schedule while maintaining the overall quality and learning objectives.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
